Could not follow simple instructions. Asked for double rice and no beans because I can’t have beans and of course… couldn’t follow simple instructions.

I've been a long-time customer of the Redlands site.Tried this one in Yucaipa, and it was better than I remembered. I'll be a regular here now.

Every Cuca's is a bit different. For years, we have been coming to this one. The food is great and there is a dining area.

Nothing fancy. I had the menudo. Nothing to write home about. More hominy than meat. Service was ok. The flavor was ok.
