Wait for a mobile order consistently 20+ minutes no matter the time of day. Fries are way to salty. Staff in store are not attentive at all and there's long wait for service inside as well. DO. ?BETTER.?
Guy in the drive thru handed our stuff to the wrong person so we had to pull up and wait even longer. You shouldn’t have to wait in a drive thru for 22 minutes as 7 other cars get served and leave before you. Lady in the drive thru taking orders asked what 5-6 times because she can’t hear. Gave me a bag full of syrup and butter for my pancakes and the butter was open and exploded everywhere. Stupidity. Glad I don’t live by here and have to deal with them all the time.
We wanted McDonalds and decided a mobile pickup order would be the quickest. We put in the order for chicken nuggets and fries and a burger and soda. We got in the spot and waited outside for almost fifteen minutes. During the wait, other cars around us pulled up and got their orders long before ours. An employee came out and handed us the soda with no food. We explained the order and employee went back inside. We waited about 10 minutes more before having to go inside to retrieve the order. Ironically the soda cup says “save time in the app” when in reality it took almost half an hour. Balancing in-store customers, mobile pickups, and drive-thru orders can be difficult, but Chick-Fil-A seems to do it quickly and efficiently with the same magnitude of customers, and two drive-thru lanes. Food wasn’t bad, just don’t expect a quick mobile order.
Seems understaffed. Early morning service is hit or miss. Staff seem to be scrambling to get things ready for the day. Staff are pleasant.
