Mcdonald's - Wyomissing

The location is the worst I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up, I was told they either didn’t get the order, or someone took it! I was told by the manager it would take 3 hours to re a refund it’s been almost 3 weeks I’ve called 4 times to the customer service number and have yet to get my money back for an order I didn’t receive and they refuse to fulfill!Update after 2 months the refund was finally done!

Drive though was fast people at both window were very polite and the food was typical McDonald’s but the hash brown was crunchy which is a big plus

Great food but don't go here at night the staff will just ignore you.

Food sat in warmer to long pies where old and hard milk shake was the best part but there no effort in pulling a lever and crew like to talk about personal issue in front of customer :(Parking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Normal ramp at a door

My boyfriend and I were ordering on the Mcdonalds app, trying to order from the Mcdonalds on Meridian Blvd , but the app ordered to the one West Reading (800 Hill Ave). So we drove there, went through the drive thru and the lady asked for us to park in the drive thru spot. We waited for 30 minutes. 6-7 people got their food before us. My boyfriend had enough and went inside and asked where our food is. The lady at the counter said we weren’t “checked in”, but the lady at the drive thru told us to wait in the drive thru spot. We finally got our food after 40 minutes. Don’t go here if you want your food fast.
