Boston House Of Pizza - Visalia

Took a hour to get sandwich and they gave me a small one, I ordered a large

After one hour of waiting was told they had not made our pizza because she went to the back to wash dishes. Three other customers after us received their order. The worker told me it would only take 5 minutes to get my pizza I asked for my money back she just refunded the pizza cost no apology.

Best pizza and customer service every time we have been there. Oh and the salads are good also. Ymmmmm

Steak special used to be my favorite. At this store the sandwich is very dry and unappealing. This is not my first time. It has consistently disappointed. I’m done. You could stand there and wait indefinitely. Nobody watches.

So we arrived around 11:30am on a Saturday and there were two tables (party of 3 4) already seated. We ordered two sandwiches and a large pizza. 45 minutes later we were wondering if our order got overlooked although the two tables there before us were just barely getting food so...perhaps not enough staff in kitchen? Our pizza came out, but was incorrect and so they said they'd make a second. About 10 minutes later our sandwiches came out and 5 more a small pizza to correct the pizza error. The food itself was good and the staff was pleasant but I'm uncertain what to think of the time delay given the apparent lack of any type of high volume at the time (saw zero to go orders while we were there). A maybe return for me.
