Feedback gevenNice staff but either greedy owner or busy owner. Took way longer than it should for a refund and had to explain the situation multiple times. Either drive through or receiving end of drive-thru orders printed receipt incorrectly even though food was madecorrectly. Charged for an extra sub and could not get refund until next day and wasn't even with cash. Had to settle for giftcard and haggle for replacement sandwich in order to not lose money in this transaction although money returned was through giftcard instead of cash. The staff there up to management seemed helpful but may have been a stingy or busy owner that preventedSwift refund. Probably won't return but all in all food staff and cleanliness of restaurant was great
I just got my subs. I have not tried them yet so I will update but, the young gentleman and young woman who assisted my partner and I were SO WELCOMING! Very nice people. So sweet and helpful. BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE THERES NO SWEET PEPPERS ???????? Update:subs were kinda meh. ????
The restaurant is clean and fresh, and they even offer delicious gluten-free rolls (which I hope are a permanent option!). The staff was friendly, and it looks like the place is well-managed. I understand it recently came under new management, which seems to be a positive change.
I really enjoy visiting the Subway in Tyrone. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and in a great mood. I had a problem with the touchscreen ordering, but they graciously allowed me to order from the window like I used to, without any hassle. Thank you!
I really enjoy visiting the Subway in Tyrone because the staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a great attitude, and when I have trouble with the touch screen, they let me order at the counter like before. They never get upset about it, and I truly appreciate that. Thank you!
