Extremely Rude and Unprofessional behavior! Need to replace the person who answers the calls at Restaurant.

Pathetic staff who don't even know how to talk to customers. They keep their slots open on Zomato for booking and don't even inform if it is cancelled just like that. The person who picks up the call needs to learn basic manners to deal with a customer. Your restaurant works only because of customers and showing unnecessary rudeness will surely impact your word of mouth. There is no question on how pathetic the entire management and service would be if the person attending the queries is so.

Very rude unprofessional behaviour from the management. They are not replying on WhatsApp as well as on mobile. If you are planning to go this place through booking on Dineout app then forget it because this restaurant is not accepting it, you will be kept in waiting list for hours. Not going there anytime.
