Mcdonald's - Stockbridge

Waited 15 minutes for cold rock hard food that was actually hard to eat only 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Ordered through drive through and was at the second window. A larger truck pulled up behind me so naturally I pulled up by the side door to receive my food so the truck was able to get to the window. The woman at the drive through proceeded to yell “ma’am, why did you pull up” with a very rude and snarky tone. I was just trying to make things easier for everyone. I then waited even longer for my freezing cold food. She gave me a nasty look when giving me my food and said nothing when giving me my food. Had a great experience with Jordan (manager) he was extremely helpful and kind, patient and sufficient. Wish all my mcdonalds visits were this nice! Guy deserves a raise!
