We eat here a few times a month. Tonight’s food was not editable. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken was cold a mushy and the cheese burger was very dry. I am not one to complain but this evenings food was not anywhere close to good. Please make fresh food during non peak hours. For the 2nd time we have ordered soft serve ice cream at this establishment and been served a cone that was pre-filled and stuck in the freezer. Soft serve is not meant to be served frozen. It forms ice crystals and becomes a very different product. Putting the cones in the freezer like this makes them dry and stale. At least have the curtesy to tell your customers that you are not making fresh cones instead of charging them for an inferior item that is NOT what they ordered!
