My wife and I ordered cheeseburgers and fries to go, fries were good and hot, cheeseburgers were cold

Waited for 10 minutes for a sundae... you guessed it... the ice cream machine wouldn't ever freeze the cream.

I went for coffee as usual at this restaurant. It was Thanksgiving evening and they were short-staffed, but I appreciate their efforts.
