Feedback gevenBurger King has been my favorite restaurant for as long as I can remember. Their extensive and delicious menu is sure to satisfy any appetite.
I love Burger King as my top choice for fast food. However, the slow service can be a downside. It would be helpful if they hired more friendly employees. Despite that, I adore their nuggets, although sometimes they are overcooked, just like the cashier's unfriendly demeanor. Improved customer service would be greatly welcomed. Overall, I still prefer Burger King over McDonald's any day.
The restaurant consistently offers great deals on their mobile app. However, the staff lacks the friendly attitude I would anticipate. The food quality is consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the app tends to be slow and requires multiple closures and re-openings. It's important to have a strong network connection when using it.
They are good at making your order fresh here. I often have to wait a few minutes while they bring it out out but it's worth it. The BK big fish sandwich is the best! So flaky and really hits the spot.
I went to the drive through to get a quarter pound double cheese burger and received a Whopper junior with cheese. I went in to exchange the burger they argued with me about it and I left with the wrong order... I also notice a bunch of kids loitering in the lobby making other patrons uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and the help didn 't seem happy... Manager was rude... Way to keep up with you 're motto Have it your way Tried to find a way to email their corporate office but yet again Burger King has no feedback form on their website. McDonald, Jack in the Box, Wendy 's, Carl 's Junior, all have feedback forms... Bad form BK....
