We went yesterday with our neighbours (who are regulars , specifically to have Paella Valenciana. At 2pm the place was already 75% full and was actually fully booked from there on. Our table was inside which is air-conditioned for comfortable dining in 30 degrees ambient temperature. We ordered deep fried artichokes and Patatas Bravas while we waited for our Paella to be cooked. The service was excellent, despite the large number of patrons, and always with a smile from the young staff. We have eaten Paella in many places in the region, from top restaurants in Valencia city to village family run (as this is . This was without doubt the best ever; plenty of succulent meat, beans both green and white, snails and just a little soccorat, and a great flavor. Quantity was also generous, and we only just managed to eat it all. A good choice of delicious desserts, coffee and liqueurs and a very fair bill. We will be back (soon!
