Feedback gevenNot a good experience. Sales clerk was totally aloof and as slow as can possibly be. Additionally, if Teavana is going to charge $15 for 3oz of tea, I would hope they'd at least give you a bag to put your purchase in, or offer a box for it to be wrapped by the buyer for Christmas. This is supposed to be a higher end tea store. Though it is closing in the spring, there is no reason for the service and experience to be less than acceptable.
I always enjoy going to Teavana! The staff is pleasant, helpful patient (despite the 500 questions I may ask lol)!
My son was here today on a school field trip as part of a business professionals class. The representative working was insulting and kicked him out on the excuse that he was not with me at the time and she would not be responsible for any allergic reaction he had to the tea. Frankly that is ****. He is 14, a freshman and is quite interested in teas. She made a snap judgement and didn't want a teenager in her store. I guess he learned something valuable for his class today. Will never come to this shop again.
The last two occasions I 've gone in, I 've went to use my Starbucks reward- in order to redeem a free iced tea. Starbucks, who owns Teavana promises to handcraft every beverage to the satisfaction of the customer without giving an attitude. Each time, I asked for no ice.. I don 't care if it 's not cold! I have a fridge at home! My visit today, will be my last. I ordered again, no ice and the Teavana partner said she 'd accommodate my request to the best of her ability . Her abilities to complete my order was horrific. What does she do, not even 30 seconds after I ramble off my order? Dumps an entire scoop of ice into the cup. I asked her, what is so hard about putting tea in a cup without ice? She lied to me, stating the taste profile would be harshly affected- Uh-huh.. After working for Starbucks for two years- I know that 's a lie. Ice dilutes the beverage, weakening the flavors. The fact that this location refuses to follow through on a customer 's order correctly and spreads lies about their products makes me not interested.
I love Teavana the best tea! Will never go back to bagged tea again. I was a frequent customer the Greene shopping area in Beavercreek, OH. I have now moved look forward to trying Teavana in Kenwood Towne Centre.
