The male bartender Shazad came to the women's bath and started screaming at me because a patron said I was doing something wrong supposedly when I made pictures with my friend.

I visited The Copper Cup for their pizza night and it was fantastic. The $7 price for a delicious pizza was a great deal. The crust was perfectly crispy. However, the service was lacking as I had to repeatedly ask for assistance. The server seemed more focused on chatting with the regulars, and even brought me the wrong pizza at first. Despite these shortcomings, The Copper Cup is a popular spot with many video lottery terminals.

Since the copper cup is located in the same area as the hotel where we lived, we decided to try. We had read previous reviews and knew what we achieved. The Redneck Ambiente is very entertaining. We were treated until the Wing Tuesday and it was not disappointed! The wings were absolutely delicious and at the price of $2.50 a pound you could not make wrong.

A stylish, brightly painted decor, with a quiet ambience and a graceful pleasant server... will return and encourage others like us as tourists, even locals to enjoy such relaxation and good food.

My friends and I used to regularly visit this establishment because we enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the friendly staff. However, on our recent visits to the Copper Mug, we were met with a new waitress named Rochelle who was extremely hostile towards us and other customers. She was condescending and aggressive, and it was clear that she treated everyone with rudeness. While we understand that serving can be stressful, Rochelle's behavior was consistent and ongoing, making our experiences at the Copper Mug unpleasant. Her lack of charisma and unfriendly demeanor has transformed the once welcoming environment of the pub into a negative and unwelcoming place where enjoyment is hard to find.
