Went to the 1 in Roscoe il today. Was there for a hour. When we got there asked if more food was coming out the gal said yes. Well after a hour still salad bar empty. No pizza desert. Even told us it's in the oven. No one to pick up plates.took 15 min to get potatoes n Another 15 to get gravy. Only 3 pizza brought out in hr. A lot of empty trays. Will say chicken is awesome. But for 15.00 a piece wasn't worth it. Got there at 245 left 345 . Terrible service. Odds on going back are slim. Like a nother guy said on here stay away during afternoon hours Parking: Ok
