This is a fantastic spot to grab a quick coffee and sandwich. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the sandwiches and donuts are delicious.
Despite the sign advertising lunch options, there was no food available to eat. The service staff only spoke Russian and did not understand Latvian or English.
