Mcdonald's - Pittsfield

All my food was hot and fresh and delicious. I lo the West Housatonic street mcdonalds. I always get the best service from there.

The burgers were very messy fries were gold and stale

filet of fishes dried out the bun is dirty I asked for extra Tartar and didnt even get regular amount of tartar sauce the cookies are not warm the fries suck and we didnt get any straws or napkins

My Big Mac was supposed to have extra cheese, but had no cheese at all! Also, it was swimming in sauce and so soggy it was impossible to pick up. Also, the free chicken nuggets were supposed to come with 2 dipping sauces, that I did select, but I didnt get either of them. I tried them plain but they were not very good. Also, I then realized my Sundae did not have the extra hot fudge that I also paid extra for... finally, I didnt even receive a straw, spoon or even a napkin! This was one of the worst experiences at McDonalds Ive had in a very long time. The fries were good once I microwaved them. Thats the best I can say.
