Waffle House - Phoenix

Had not been there for year or so, signs up to be nice ta folks that decided ta come ta work. All were pleasant, well spoken, knew the menu, and we're glad to help, with a smile and conversation. Single tip, but it takes a TEAM TO MAKE IT WORK, so dig a little deeper ifin ya can. Food was good, coffee good, only down side, way I see it, thank the team that rules the country now..and it is rule. Not governance!!!

Jim, Robbie, and Keon (I hope I spelled her name right) and the management were simply AMAZING. We hadn't had the best experience at another W.H. and we left to go to this location instead and it was totally worth it. The staff were simply fantastic, not only were they friendly but kind as well. The food was top notch, and I really enjoyed dining in. Next time I come to Arizona, this W.H location will be the first stop I'll make. Thank y'all so much.

Food was seriously great!!! Not greatest neighborhood, but you couldn't find any better cook, or server either! These women were so personable, professional fun! The bacon was so good! The eggs,..perfect..and my toast was literally perfectly toasted to edges! What??! Not to gush, but the regular waffle was yummy we never had to ask for coffee or more creamer. Awesome! We really appreciate places that surprise you leave you smiling wanting to review it! Thanks !

Been coming to this Waffle House for about 7 years now. Usually had good and consistent service. Recently I went in and a pink haired server made me deduct a star She was curt, not friendly and forgetful. I had to remind her for condiments and she never gave me a spoon for my grits. The cook noticed this and brought it over to me. Good man! What really bothered me was when I taking pictures of the menu to send to my friend who I had planned to bring breakfast to. Kim walked back over to me after placing my order with the cook and without saying a word yanked the menu out from under me while I took pics and placed it behind the napkin stand. Then she promptly walked away.....no words, no apologies, nothing. Guess who received $0 as a tip. I used to be a waiter. Tips aren't guaranteed and she found that out wit me????????

Went in to get a well deserved meal for my wife and I and Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we had my wife?s grape jelly. The over medium eggs were perfect and the hash browns and bacon crisp and delicious. Breakfast comfort food doesn?t get better than a friendly, welcoming Waffle House!
