Fazoli's - Oklahoma City

This was my first time ordering from Fazoli's. I tried the Ultimate Sampler which included spaghetti, lasagna, Alfredo, and a penne with meat sauce, although I received ravioli instead. The spaghetti was a bit salty but still tasty, and the lasagna and Alfredo were excellent. The ravioli was also good. The breadsticks were awesome.

I did not receive my full order from the restaurant. The lasagna was missing. I contacted the delivery driver, but they spoke very little English. They suggested calling Fazolis. Unfortunately, no one answered when I tried calling Fazolis. I am dissatisfied with only receiving one meal after spending $35.00.

I ordered the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce , Two Extra Breadsticks , and a large tea. The Spaghetti was flavorful, but the noodles.were over.cooked.

The pasta was all clumped together and not edible, and the bread was wet - not undercooked, but wet! I'm sure it was due to the over one hour wait for the delivery person, who then completed other orders after picking up my already very late and ruined food. The prices charged for the food should reflect its true value. It feels like they overcharge customers and the food ends up being subpar or inedible, because they already have their money and don't seem to care.

We were traveling through okc and craved fazolis because we don't have them in phx. This store did not disappoint. Staff was on point and food was delicious! They were so great and attentive I almost wanted to give them a tip. It was better service than we get in most sit down restaurants 5 stars!
