Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

Hands down the best chain food restaurant coffee in western New York !!! I remember years ago I was out of state and a conversation that I was part of turned to coffee. When I voiced my opinion about Tim Hortons, the response was 'Who is Tim Horton? ' What kind of question is that. It 's more than just An old hockey players name. It is a western New York institution If you have never drank there coffee or tried any of the baked goods, you at the very least know the name. Keep on brewing Timmy how 's !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER GO TO THIS TIM HORTONS! Yesterday at around 2:30 pm my friend and I went in for 2 coffees. The store was not busy and there was only one other person in line who also ordered a coffee. Both employees must have been high as a kite. After taking our orders they forgot to make our coffees. The girl started casually restocking things and the guy was doing the same. We asked if they were still making our coffees after waiting literally 15 mins. Then the girl said sorry I needed cups . Then continued to forget about them. The guy working kept saying sorry, thanks for your patience while aimlessly walking around. Finally my coffee was made 10 minutes later then my friends coffee was finally made but it had no cream or sugar. She said excuse me, this isnt right. The guy says sorry, we dont have cream and sugar . Yet mine did. So they magically made her coffee correct this time. No lie, IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR US TO GET 2 COFFEES! Both looked high as a kite and had no clue what they were doing. They aimlessly just walked around with no manager in sight. The woman behind us waited just as long to get her coffee and it was wrong too. Unbelievable. Never again. A manager needs to contact me about this. I have never seen more incompetence in my life at a tim hortons.

Ordered a large ice cap with very little cream at the Delta Sonic location in Niagara Falls I told the girl only to bottom rim, I asked for my senior discount I am there 3-4x?s a week since they opened the cashier explained senior discount was only for hot drinks, I informed the girl I get it all the time for my cold drink, but it?s not a big deal and still wanted it. She made my drink with no regard to the amount of cream I asked for. I asked her if she could remake it with the proper amt of cream she slammed the cup down said very loud and rude that someone else could wait on me. She then said Loud enough for all the customers ? YOI DONT MESS WITH PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOUR FOOD AND FIXED YOUR CAR? she then said to her co workers I know where she works Walmart so she better watch out. I do not work at Walmart I am retired. I informed manager of situation. I felt threatened and harassed my this employee and do not feel safe going to restaurant. SIDE NOTE. The manager did tell me dosnt matter senior discount is on all beverages. Tim Hortons do better!!!?

Very inconsistent, Once in a blue moon are your chances of getting a double/double coffee, or even a triple/triple that's the same. I say all the time, but really need to make more coffee at home, unfortunately tired of getting coffee with either sugar, or cream missing! What's more frustrating is that's what the place is in business for! Making coffee, maybe just me, but definitely a daily customer, sometimes more!
