Taco Bell - Newport News

ordered two soft tacos with only meat and cheese, got this and a dose even meat, it is kartoffeln. we stand on the window and they have the music so loud that they can hear every word what a problem would be, but it was nothing other than cuddling. the Taco shells were dry and cracked and everything was simply thrown together as if they were less well maintained. every time we go here, they can't make it right to make a meat and cheese taco.

I'm not sure if the dining room is open, but again my license was missing. that was the reason I didn't make it. I always went in. I should probably have checked, but with kids in the car I just wanted to go home. How hard is it to put that on the screen in a pocket?

Ordered off the gluten free menu in the drive through and was the only vehicle so cannot give them an excuse for being busy, sadly. Gave me two chalupa tacos and a burrito…. Not gluten free. Willful negligence?

I love going to this Taco Bell, the staff are very kind, and understanding. Every time I go to another Taco Bell, it’s always bad..like they mess my order up, I’m missing things, or they don’t have half the items on the menu. But this one never disappoints, Great Job.
