Starbucks - Mount Pleasant

Overpriced and bitter. No wonder they offer so many heavily sugared drinks.

This Starbucks has really gotten it together in the last month or so. Used to be a constant disappointment going here but the training must have really improved things. Service and drinks have been great!

I asked for a grande lemonade. I waited for 10 minutes to get my drink and once they realized I didn’t have my drink they gave me a tall lemonade instead of a grande, so I got a smaller size of the drink I payed for and I waited so long.

Great customer service coffee. Get to know your baristas your experience will be better.

If I could give a negative star rating then I would. The service and quality at this Starbucks is terrible. I work right off Hwy 41, as well as, live in that area so when I get a Starbucks I get it from this store. I was thrilled when they opened because it was so conveniently located to my life. Unfortunately, the drink quality is terrible. I order the same 3 to 4 drink types and each time they are made differently. If I call because something is missing then they offer to make it right if I come back. I have done that twice but I can't always hop back into the car for that. Also, its crazy that I have to. A few days ago, I ordered a Venti iced coffee with toffee syrup. The syrup was so thick in the drink that I couldn't drink it. Today, I ordered the same drink and there is no syrup in it at all. If this was a one off thing then it wouldn't be that big of a deal but the only consistent thing about this Starbucks is that they serve inconsistent drinks. I have my fingers crossed that a Starbucks will open on Clements Ferry Road and be better than this one. If you have to go to this Starbucks then be prepared and test your drink before you leave the parking lot!!
