wow, this restaurant was a tasty bite. fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation and foods, which are tasted by the highest quality I encounter. exciting to see this place in the old city and be part of everything that happens in the neighboring. we had pumpkin soup, fish and rice. all were delicious. I am very pleased to come back here soon.

lucca is right next to sin pretenciones, but as a restaurant it feels quite different. very targeted and functional. the names of restaurants should probably change because lucca is much less pretentious, but eating is great. I only had the daily specials that are always great. the service is fast and very attentive and the prices are also very good.

Simple and healthy lunch, they speak little English, and the free WiFi definitely help me to translate...

Had their fish special of the day with a sweet potato puree, was well prepared with the flavors in good balance with one another. Excellent coffee, good service and clean well lit space. Will certainly go again.

We found Lucca on our first day in Montevideo. Our server was really nice, especially since we were getting back into the swing of speaking Spanish. Their coffee is good and their food is tasty. My husband and I split an open-faced arugula pancetta on french bread. No complaints. They also take credit cards, which is handy.
