our group of seven for a late holiday party received extraordinary service by rudy. getreide vine is a charitable jewelry, but it is worth driving from another part of the city. the menu is varied and excellent, from pasta to bun, fish and steak entrees. the lamb hacks with mushroom risotto were “melt in their mouth good” after one of our party. other dishes, including the penne a la vodka, the spaghetti and meatballs, the salmon, the Chilean meeresbass, the prosciutto and caramelized wobble pizza, and the bark steak tomato and wobble salad with gorgonzola were delicious and well prepared. Of course, the wee menu was excellent and rudy had a good knowledge about the wee and could make very good pairing suggestions. the restaurant was pretty busy for a week night, but rudy never missed a beat, although he did not write down the commands. his love for detail was impeccable.

Very friendly staff. My Bowtie Olivia was great. They have some dishes that I have not seen at other Italian restaurants. Nice menu selection and prices reasonable for a higher end Italian restaurant. They also have specials and a good dessert menu. Note that they only serve wine and beer, no cocktails. No surprise since they focus on wine. I highly recommend Grape Vine (not to be confused with Grape Street in Summerlin.
