The rice was undercooked and the portion sizes were small. There is better food to be found in the surrounding area of LC.
I ordered the Chile relleno plate with rice and beans. The chiles were not very spicy, which I prefer, but the salsa was hot, which made up for it.
My family has been dining at this restaurant since I was a baby (I'm 29 now) and the food is just as delicious as it was over 20 years ago.
