Chick-fil-a - Las Cruces

Fast always friendly service just like you expect from Chick Fil A. Parking lot here is terrible, but the drive thru has 2 lanes and is fast. Large seating area inside and a big patio for outside dining options too.

Busy lunch rush hour on a Monday through the drive thru (but when is not busy?? Anyways the car in front of me stalled out and the driver unfortunately could not get it to start again. Elisabeth, Kaylee and Roberto came out to the rescue and pushed the car up to the pick up window and into a parking space. It was so sweet to watch them work as a team! Kind and caring employees

The perfect experience! The drive-thru attendant, Angel, was super friendly and upbeat taking our order. Loved him! And by the time we got to the pay window, our order was ready and waiting for us. Great service!!

Awful service, both by staff and managers. I scheduled a pickup order and was charged twice for it try to get a refund for the other charge. They told me that they would fix it after their lunch rush but did not take my name my phone number or any account information. I'm a college student and Chick-fil-A is not cheap especially with inflation right now. This is probably the worst service I've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A. I waited to talk to a manager for 15 minutes and still was talking to the regular staff the entire time.
