Order an iced letter with cream and alternative milk that I paid extra for and KitKat that I paid extra for, they forgot to put the KitKat in the drink and only half filled the cup as well. When asked if they could please fill it and put the KitKat in, the server was very rude and wouldn't fill the drink and reluctantly put the KitKat on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely hideous, takes AGES for your food when it’s obvious it’s not busy at all, the store is that dirty and disgusting, staff are all in there own world, door dash/menu log/uber eats you’d be calling it quick if you got your food in 25 minutes let alone waiting 40! Your clearly making it obvious your trying to ask a staff member how long for your food and they just stare at you in there own world once again and bluntly ignore you. Seriously it feels like Christmas comes quicker then the food I ordered and feel like I could whip about in 3 minutes myself if u jumped the counter having 0 hungry jacks experience in my life! You need to change the modo from “burgers are better at hungry jacks” to “burgers are slowing at hungry jacks” !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
