Pudgie's Pizza Sub Shops - Ithaca

Pretty good mother and pop (wittering) pizza and subs. The breadsticks were particularly good.

Wow, okay, so this place is not hugely elevated, but I was so impressed by the heart of both employees there this day. They went upstairs to make sure I was happy. And my food was fantastic. I had a great afternoon and they definitely helped:

Ordered a party pack and a few extra wings, and I went in, and not only was it there only 1 guy working (he was always muded, I felt terrible!) but the food he had made was great! You don't know what you're paying him, but it should be more! He worked so hard and was alone, credit where credit is due!

We made our order a day in advance. When we picked up the order, the guy said you ordered 2 sheets of pizza and 4 dozen wings. We said we ordered 1 sheet of pizza and 4 dozen wings. He got angry and started throwing things. It made us very uncomfortable. We don't come back, many other great pizzas in Ithaca.

Called for pickup on a whim since I had a coupon. I was put on hold and listened to loud beeping for 3 minutes before being disconnected. Finally called back and placed my order. I expected it to be poppin but there was only one other order waiting to be picked up and no one at the drive thru. The wings were decent but the pizza was burnt yet somehow cold even though I arrived at the time provided. Wouldn't rush back.
