Qdoba Mexican Eats - Indianapolis

They couldn't get the simply concept that I wanted a quesadilla, started making me a burrito. I didn't really mind just would change my topping I start getting my burrito toppings they switch it to a quesadilla. I don't want hot soggy lettuce in aquesadilla so I tell them to just make it a burrito. They switch it back to a burrito than wrap it up without even listening tome for the rest of my toppings. An absolute nightmare trying to get a simple quesadilla. I've never had this much trouble withsomeone listening before it's a shame I usually love Qdoba.

I get food from this location almost every week and have never had a problem! This store is doing the best they can and working hard even with the employee shortage and food supply shortage. My food is always right and fresh, only thing is sometimesthey?re out of guacamole but oh well not the employees fault! Don?t listen to the bad reviews on here.

the ladies who work tonight seemed to both of us to disturb them. we only saw the online order sign. we went back to the car to order. the online menu did not have all the options like salat. I gave a half of the creatures of queso. Now I am home with a very dry nacho, because I don't eat alone from other ingredients. I am very disappointed by the service I received tonight, because we live in hard times and the money can't just come by.

12.15.21.....Carry-out at lunch. WONDERFUL staff. Welcoming, helpful. I made a point to tell the staffer who started my order that her friendly approach was great. Another young man helping the next customer heard me say to another person I forgot sour cream....next thing I knew, he had placed a to-go sour cream on my order.HA!!! Not related to anyone in this store! I left feeling good!!!

Excellent customer service, friendly greeting from the manager as we came in the restaurant. Our orders were made in a very timely manner and the food was amazing! We will certainly be back in the near future, a well deserved recommendation.
