Finally, and this is the big black point: the kitchen is absolutely not worked. The dishes are fades, the pizzas are too fat and too simplistic. I'm not going back.
I loved Il Momento and returned there for several years. I haven't returned since April 2016. It was recovered and the result is lamentable. We had pizza and salad dinner. The pizza dough is hard; mozzarella does not deserve its name, it is an insipid cheese that exudes grease, ham on pizza they are calibrated cubes that appear out of an industrial factory; on the special pizza of the house, the chicken pieces are hard and dry. Literally immangeable. There is no choice of beers of the past, only a pale Heineken pressure. The service is kind but the kitchen is a disaster.
Small friendly restaurant with a beautiful terrace in the summer. Pizzas are great! Very friendly staff!
Everything has changed: the map, the service, the quality of the pizza dough (which has nothing Italian, the desserts (where have the delicious ice creams and the creamy sorbets passed? , the atmosphere that is no longer user-friendly despite the efforts of the server that admits not to be a waiter but a cook. So, what he does in the room, his presence would be useful in the pizza oven. In short, an address that I will quickly forget as we like to go once.
We knew this restaurant before we used to go... Frankly this is no longer the same performance, proof at noon three tables in week! Do not frankly worth the detour
