Arguably the best Mexican restaurant outside of Mexico (I try them everywhere I go), and Red Iguana would give even many Mexico-in-country eateries a run
RED IGUANA IS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT! We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday and had an estimated wait of 20-25 minutes.
I was recommended this place on my last night in SLC, so I came here with a buddy of mine--even if I wasn't exactly craving Mexican.
Marinated moules ????????????????it's a joke.. no challot onions no parsley .. just plain boiled moules.. it's a shame
