good meat; Ribs, brisket, smoked turkey, pulled pig. Pages of Cole Slav and potato salad were delicious but small. We have our food in a polystyrene container....

Skip the beef basket but go for everything else. Especially the pulled pig and you will be more than happy. Beautiful delicious comfort.
