Twillie Philly - Hattiesburg

The food is superb!But I don’t know if the club Top Five is associate with Twillie Philly or not.BUT THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE. AND Y’all KNOW I DON’T LIKE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I came in and ordered a hookah. First the bar area is small. The table I found had no chairs. So I asked the waitress could I sit at the reserve table. She said yes as long as no one was there. So I sat there for about 20 minutes. I asked the owner where my hookah was, he replied who told talk to sit here. I responded the waitress said I could.He then said I needed to pay 250. Which was a good price. But I was more frustrated that I was misinformed. And still didn’t have a hookah I paid for.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Very Poor ambience… a rather hood experience.THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 3 stars is because of the food.I optionally won’t go back. If I do it will be because someone or the group wants to go.I end up never getting my hookah. Filing a dispute with the bank for services not received.

I LOVE Twillie Philly! I have been eating here for maybe over two years.. everytime i’ve come here the food wss fresh and hot and the hospitality here is so great. They treat you like you’re family.. my favorite is the chicken and waffles and the surf and turf spud please never close this restaurant down!!

Great tasting food and some very original menu items I've not seen elsewhere locally.
