Sonic Drive-in - Grove City

Love everything minus the bees in the summer time but can you blame them? The slushies are amazing.

Placed a Doordash order and didn't receive 2 of the 5 items I ordered. 2 of the 3 I received were incorrect. Also, did not receive any straws. When I called to discuss rectifying the situation with the manager he just says oh we didn't have that flavor and just gave me a flavor of the same color. Gave no explanation for the missing items just to contact Doordash.

The staff were very friendly. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Our order was correct and the flatware, napkins and sauces we needed were in the bag. Our credit card machine was broken so the carhop ran it. It was a few minutes before we realized that we didn’t tip her. She didn’t even ask. In the current tipping environment we found that refreshing and made sure to tip her before we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by tipping environment, we were recently yelled at by a McDonalds employee demanding a 20% tip for handing us a bag while we were paying at the counter. We watched while our carhop prepared our drinks and food and delivered it to our car and she didn’t say a word when it was time for us to add a tip. She deserved one more than anyone I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant.
