Mancino's Pizza Grinders - Grand Ledge

i dont do this often unless i feel it's necessary. I keep seeing ownership respond to these reviews w an apology, however, considering my food order today nothing is being done to fix the issues. I may suggest if you're serious about fixing the issues then having a grand reopening to try and get some of your customers back. food quality sense the new ownership is abysmal! we have been saying for a few years now that that the Grand Ledge Mancino's has gravely gone downhill. I decided to give it another shot today. and needless to say, the problem still exists. the poor excuse i got for a 8 grinder wasn't bad enough, the 12$ spent for it was another kick in the face... at this point the GL Mancino's will never be back in our rotation. if they don't fix the problem, I don't expect them to be open very much longer. very disappointed.

Had a huge order planned. Person who answered phone said “Please hold” and stuck me on hold for at least 5 minutes. I hung up and called back a couple of times and no one would answer the phone. This place already has unreasonably high prices. When you add poor customer service to it, that is a recipe for business disaster. Someone had better get their act together.
