This Vietnamese restaurant climbs to the second spot on my "Fantastic Pho Quest" but doesn't come close to the rich, deep umami flavour of Pho Pasteur.

thuy huong was really great! the service was good and eating even better. the crispy chicken and bark pho are delicious.

I had the raw bark soup and the bark meats vermicelli. I felt their dishes were average. not bad, but also not good enough to make sure.

We love this little gem! The food is consistently great and the service always fun and welcoming. Unpretentious food made with heart. Bravo!
