Papa Johns Pizza - Findlay

Excellent pizza and service. Love their special garlic sauce.

If I could give this papa johns 0 stars I would, the least helpful, the ugliest customer service I have ever felt with. I never even leave bad reviews but for the employee I dealt with to call me incompetent because I didn’t know how to use the online ordering system is ridiculous. I asked 3 different times for a thin crust pizza, ordered and paid for two separate pizzas, was told they would make it thin crust if it was ordered a large pizza so ordered and paid for a large and they still didn’t make it thin crust. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I never once asked for my money back or a refund I just wanted a thin crust pizza. $40 later I have two incorrect pizzas, I would never order through them again.

The crust of the thin crust for our sausage pizza was amazing! Crispy and chewy. Excellent experience. Sooo delicious. Will definitely order again.

Food took double the time promised. Order was not made as ordered online. Was out for delivery for 30 min. Pizza was cold when it arrived. Store would not answer phone calls. Order anywhere else. $1 gas station pizza would be an improvement.

Pizza is good but who in there right mind doesn't slize a pizza right I don't want a pizza that comes in bite size peices cut that mf right and you got a real good pizza it's sad that the reason it gets 3 stars
