Feedback gevenOrdered online, ran into a problem when the free July cheeseburger Friday special with a purchase wasn't' there as a selection any longer. Went there a couple weeks before, added it to the order on the app without a problem including added bacon, but was charged extra for the cheese. Went through the drive thru window so didn't go in, but that location always was clean.
We went to redeem a BOGO at this location, but unfortunately was lambasted by an individual posing as a Manager- all covered in tattoos and metal bits- because we apparently failed to read the fine print on the voucher. Customer service was seriously lacking in this one-sided exchange. We left them there, stewing in their obvious contempt for the Customer (and without our food).
The cashier was very kind and professional! The food was good We received excellent customer service
Not sure why I got someone else's food. I was a walk in and got Cody's mobile drive thru order.
Had a nerve to taste good!! Hahah,ain't had 1 in while? Removed all of them..out of my neighbors. Have to travel out a bit to get 1? Delicious though
