For the love of god STOP putting bbq sauce on the bbq sandwich. Last three times I’ve gone and explicitly said not to put it on and I still get bbq sauce. It’s labeled correctly on y’alls menus but somehow always gets screwed up in the kitchen; both here and the other one in Oakwood.It’s an NC chain ffs

Wasted $15 on the wrong order, food covered in cheese in spite of a cheese allergy and a request for none. Drinks were watered down. First and last time at a Cook Out.Dietary restrictions: If you have one, don’t bother sharing. They don’t care about you or your allergies.

Not good food to me. Sorry I should have said that this is my taste and not necessarily the taste of others it is very subjective to what you like and what others like.
