Used mobile app to order a subway club (which is turkey, ham and roast beef), even paid extra for double meat and all I got was a regular serving of turkey. Called to complain and the male kid whoanswered the phone was impolite to put it nicely. He said I had to bring the receipt and sandwich back in to prove they screwedup and I wasn't just trying to get free food. When I said I couldn't because I didn't have a car, he said too bad then. Nothingthey could do. No apologies or anything- just rude and incompetent. I'm deleting the app and will definitely not be returning.If I could give zero stars I would.
Had a great meal there was very happy with everything good job
Ordered from the mobile app. Didn't even have a personal pizza made even though it was on the order and didn't bother to follow any of the instructions for the sandwich. I asked for less banana peppers and less onion with extra ranch. I had to pull onionsand banana peppers off and there was no ranch at all.
The quality and efficiency has really gone down here since Hannah left. She was the one who kept this place together and running smoothly. Now all sub makers are quite slow and inexperienced.
Employees are VERY rude!! They do not listen and put wrong things on the sandwich I am TELLING them to make. The young lady that had a one braid in, her braid was all over her shoulder. I was so worried that her hair was going to get in my food the wholetime. Never going back to Cuba Subway again!
