I always receive my order flawlessly, regardless of the size.
As I have mentioned before about other popular establishments, you must be out of touch not to be aware of this restaurant and its menu.
I sat in the drive-thru on a Saturday (currently as I am writing this) and received no response over the speaker.
Where is the owner, district manager, GM, HQ, and all of the other supervisor checks and balances for this place?!?! My biggest grip, fill up your
