White Castle Chicago S Ashland Ave

Came thru very early morning. Was still greeted politely and my food was hot and fresh. 10/10

Food was good. Hot and fresh. Got a clutch. Half cheese half original. Ordered a fry with no salt. The young lady dropped me a new fry order in the oil to be cooked when the other young man did not hear/see the 'no salt ' part. All the employees were nice, calm, and chill. The restaurant itself is ok. I would not sit down and eat there but that is just me.

It's better customer service than in the past at this particular location.

The best white castle in town. My food was good and hot. The service the best, I waited maybe 4 mins. Clean restaurant and bathroom

When I went there and I placed my order I waited a long time in line I think someone in front had a large order ...my sandwiches when I got them were very sloppy the meat was halfway off the bun I did not get my ketchup mustard everything that I ordered on the sandwich and pickles were on the bottom of the carton.. I called and talked to Kim she said she would replace the order keep the receipt I went back a week later I got the replacement and the sandwiches were still very very sloppy I don't know how hard it is to put the meat on the bun when you put it in the carton but I guess it's too much for that place they should train the people working there to do it properly.. I've gone to White Castle many times different ones and never this problem
