My friends and I ate at this establishment last Sunday. The vibe was quiet. However, the service was absolutely terrible. My friend ordered a Ramen bowl. He took 2 bites out of this bowl and determined that he did not like it as the noodles were undercooked and gummy. We called over the manager and politely explained that the noodles were undercooked. The manager stated and I quote “That’s not my fault. You order. You pay.” And we pleaded with the manager and told him that the bowl wasn’t good and only 2 bites were taken. He wasn’t having it. After pleading and raising our voice and threatening to never come back. He finally gave in and replaced the order. However, he wasn’t very happy about it. He never apologized for this. It was a very disappointing experience. My friends and I will not be back.

We ordered the bang bang chicken, egg rolls and a variety of sushi rolls. Everything was delicious! The staff was kind and the food came out in record time!

Favorite sushi place in Charlotte! Kani Pockets are amazing and so is the steak hibachi. Haven't had anything I didn't like!
