Feedback gevenOn November 29, I went to this restaurant alone and to the working area. Location well maintained and with great taste. Service and reception, impeccable. I dined with a CBT polyp appetizer on pumpkin bed, porcini broccoli and a raw pepper. In addition to the beautiful composition of the dish, I find the distinguishing of flavors between them and well balanced. After a tasty spaghetti with clams. Finally, a cream cooked with cocoa crumble. 2 chalices of Cyrus, being on the terroir.... Exchanged 4 chatter with Eugenio, the owner, to whom I addressed my plausible traveller. Bravo Eugenio
True Neapolitan pizza with pasta that is superlight and well digestible (not common! that I could approach the famous by Michele di Napoli with the difference of having a wide choice of seasonings even at the limits of the gourmet. Also perfect cooking (the burnt was in the background as it is right that it is and never predominant. In short, it's worth a few more miles to go! Possibility of restaurant with classic dishes but with special touches (e.g. spaghetti with clams with algae sauce).
