Indian Restaurant. First time here, food was excellent, liked the fact that the choice is not too overwhelming, attentive staff, great service , excellent for a quiet business lunch ! Special features: business meals, good vegetarian options
Best Indian. Would absolutely recommend. Took business colleagues from out of town and it was the best meal they had all week
Whoever he was needs to be sacked. Small portion sizes, £6 for a beer and no one in there. I know why. Demanded that we pay in cash. Waiter threw our cards back at us treating us like paupers. Then realised it was the machine that wasnt working. Husband went to get cash while waiter (boy who said he was helping out his brother by working there and claimed that he did not care if we ever came back) continued to abuse my friends like he was on drugs! Sad because the other waiters were nice but he literally shouted down the street at us saying that we wouldnt make a difference if we told anyone about his behaviour as the place had been there for 65 years. Most appalling experience ever.
Dinner. Visited Takari for a birthday meal following a show. The staff were friendly and welcoming and fully explained the offers on the menu. There was a good choice of food and our starters and main course were excellent. The waiters were attentive but not intrusive and we did not have to wait long for our meal. We enjoyed the whole experience and would certainly recommend the restaurant to others.
