And the fact that you have to order pita as an extra with the dips seems like a money grab. We also ordered trout and found 13 bones in the trout. 1 or 2 is fair, but 13 is just plain dangerous. When we told the server about this last night, she just looked confused and said okay. We weren't looking for the trout to be comped, but I was shocked at how little she cared. I would never go back and would never recommend it.
The food was scrumptious, and service was impeccable! Highly recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
As I told our lovely server in jest : we “hated” everything! Which my kids told me is not ok. It was fabulous! A bit loud (but I’m old see comments from kids above) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Amazingly creative dishes with mid-eastern flare. Delicious. Great outdoor seating in Church street. Servings are small a bit pricey. This is a trendy restaurant.
Pretty sure Honey Road doesn 't need my 2c for it to be obvious how wonderful they are, but they 're going to get it anyway! We just finished the most exquisite take-out dinner from there and I can 't say enough good things. Each dish was beautifully presented (even as take-out with its own amazing flavor profile and special deliciousness. I normally don 't go in for chicken wings, but they were caramelized and sprinkled with sesame seeds and were lip-licking goodness. The muhammara is always a favorite! There were no dippable pitas included (oversight? but we made do and it was terrif. The spanakopita was delicately rolled like a cinnamon bun with tons of fresh dill and it was my absolute favorite... wait, I think I already called a favorite... well, they were both my favorite. The lamb shawarma rocked my world. Seriously, I said 'yum ' after every bite. The lamb pide was the most gorgeously presented, in a canoe shaped pastry and bursting with fresh herbs on top, but I hadn 't read the description closely and an egg on top of anything doesn 't do it for me... but I still thought it was really good! We even had tahini ice cream bars at the end (because clearly we had not had enough food... and they were a delicacy all on their own. I just can 't say enough good things about this restaurant so I 'd better quit while I 'm ahead. Oh, and they have a super organized take-out system. I was in and out in a matter of seconds. Amazing in every way.
