Planet Smoothie - Beverly Hills

The women was very rude. She was yelling at customers she is busy and for people to come back later.

I come here all the time because they're my favorite smoothies in LA , but unfortunately I don't receive the best customer service , the same girl is usually working there and she always looks bummed when a customer walks to the window. Today however, I got there 15 min before closing and I was told the store was closed. I understand that it's not great when a customer comes close to closing and I sympathize with that but I explained I thought the store closed at 5pm and she said I know and said she wouldn't make me a smoothie. I was very disappointed as I got off work early just to come to planet smoothie and get a smoothie :

Really bad experience. They were over 30 min late so 2 people that I ordered drinks for left and didn't get their food and the drink that said no bananas had bananas in it. The person I ordered the drink for is allergic to them and didn't feel good after she realized it had bananas in it.

Love this place but the service was terrible. 2 less stars because of service. It was a heavy set white woman with a horrible attitude ugh. Why are the good spots like this. ??

Yum! I got a kale green smoothie and it was surprisingly really good. They have a lot of choices on their menu but definitely coming again to try a few more
