We had an early dinner (6:00 pm) on a Thursday. Didn't need a reservation, place was 1/2 empty. Service and food were top notch. Everything was delicious.

Second time to Ruby Chow's this time it was my wife's birthday. Great table, wonderful service and the food was excellent.
