The Basement Thai - Ashbourne

we enjoyed an unexpected dinner in this restaurant. the waiting staff were friendly and fast in their service. in portions was plentiful and the food we ordered was delicious, served hot and tasteful. a cozy place and busy with other satisfied customers, including another family, on Tuesday night. our sohn described the meal as brilliant, which for his fussy point is 5 star rating.

had the mixed starter for two, cellar sea bass, sticky rice, and pud thai delivered to our caravan site tonight. the woman who worked our order and delivered the food was kind and delivered everything on time. that was skrumbling and we both eat because of eating, because we didn't want to waste anything. even the simple carrot side salad was really delicious. the food was well presented, even though it was a farewell. we will eat there again.

absolutely amazing eating! Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants. the lambs are a must be so delicate with the perfect amount of seasoned. I recommend the duck tamarinde and the duck spring rolls. sweet and acidic chicken and even the crunchy crackers are to die. end them with a banana Cup cake or three to finish an amazing meal. the staff are friendly and all very happy with impeccable customer service. the restaurant is cozy and the lighting helps to keep the perfect late dinner mood. all in all a wonderful place and even better people, very impressed.

beautiful and tasty eating, beautifully presented. Thai fish cakes taste fresh and authentic. curry had many ingredients, would recommend.

Thai food for western tastes. very nice and with a lot of choice.
