Every time i go to mobile pickup I end up waiting 20 minutes even when my order says it's ready in the app. Also, 75% of the time the order is wrong or missing...

The food was ok but the costumer service was not, always yelling and it ruined the ambiance.

Gets the order wrong every time and I've not met a single kind worker. That's not to say they aren't there... but I've not seen them yet!

So on my visit here this evening, I walk in and see a manager at the soda bar. It 's a mess, I think he is cleaning it up...NOPE. He is getting a drink, and aft...
