Excellent customer service, good came out fast and was delicious. Grits lacked A LOT of seasoning but with butter, salt, and pepper that was an easy fix. Small quaint place but good vibes and music. Fresh squeezed orange juice was AMAZING!

I just got scammed with the “Mickey mouse pancake”! And their pancake is so chewy, you can’t even enjoy the food”

2nd time to visit for breakfast during the week. The staff is always very friendly, the coffee is hot and fresh, and the food comes out quickly. New goto for breakfast!

Will definitely be returning !The perfect lil cozy spot for brunch .

I have been visiting this place every time I am in Dallas . It is a decent place but I feel things are going down on food quality and service . I believe if you don’t have great tasting food what makes it worse when you serve it cold . So that is the experience I had today . Since the order took ages to come I did not made fuss and just ate it .During weekend when you know it will be busy then pls put more wait staff to provide quick service
